About
About Immersia
Immersia is a real-time slide and media sync tool built for anyone who shows something to a group in person. A guide, presenter, or host controls slides from their device — every guest sees the same image, video, or visual at the same moment on their own phone. No app download for guests. They scan a QR code and join instantly in their browser. It works on any modern phone or tablet.
Our story
Founded in 2022 in Los Angeles, Immersia started when our founders, walking through the streets of downtown LA, watched a tour guide hand out a stack of laminated printouts while another wrestled with a crate of rented audio headsets — half of them dead. A Spanish-speaking family stood to the side, smiling politely, understanding nothing. A guest with hearing loss kept asking the person next to her what the guide had said. The group had splintered before the tour even began.
That afternoon, the question was simple: every guest already carries a powerful computer in their pocket. Why isn't that the device delivering the tour? Why does a guide need to shout over traffic, hand out paper that ends up in a bin, and leave half the group guessing?
We built the first prototype in a week — slide sync from one phone to another. The guide taps, the guest's screen updates. No app store. No login. Just a QR code and a browser. That prototype is now Immersia: a platform that keeps every guest on the same page, in real time, in their own language.
Our mission
The group moves as one. Every eye, every ear, every language.
A live experience is a shared moment. When one guest can't see the slide, or can't hear the guide, or doesn't speak the language, the group breaks. Our mission is to keep the group whole — every guest fully present, fully included, from the first stop to the last. Technology should erase barriers, not create them.
What we believe
Technology should be invisible
QR code, browser, done. No apps to install, no hardware to rent, no accounts to create. The technology fades into the background so the experience stays front and center. If a guest spends the first five minutes of a tour downloading an app and creating a password, we've already failed.
Every guest matters
One person who can't see or hear breaks the group experience. Universal accessibility is structural, not an add-on. Large text, screen-reader support, and audio streaming aren't features on a checklist — they're the foundation. A tour that excludes one guest isn't a good tour.
Live is irreplaceable
Pre-recorded tours have their place, but a human guide reading the room, answering questions, and adapting in real time creates something no recording can. The spark of a live guide — the joke that lands, the detour for a curious guest, the hush when a story hits — can't be bottled. Our job is to amplify that spark, not replace it.
Language should never be a barrier
The best guide in the world is useless if half the group doesn't speak their language. Real-time AI translation makes every tour multilingual by default. A guide speaks once — every guest hears it in their own language, on their own phone. No separate groups, no printed translations, no one left behind.
Our journey
2022
Founded in Los Angeles. First prototype: slide sync from one phone to another. The core idea works — a guide taps, a guest's screen updates.
2023
First paying customers. Walking tour operators in California and Paris replace their printouts and rented headsets with Immersia.
2024
Voice streaming launched. The guide's voice reaches every phone in real time — no headsets, no transmitters, no batteries to check.
2025
AI translation in 30+ languages. One guide, any audience. A Spanish-speaking guest hears the tour in Spanish, while the person next to them hears it in Japanese — from the same guide, at the same moment.
2026
Smart glasses integration. White-label and embedded viewer for enterprise customers who want Immersia inside their own platform, on their own terms.
The company
Immersia is built by E.N.D. Entertainment Corp., a small team founded in 2022 in Los Angeles. We started with a simple observation: in every guided group experience — walking tours, museum visits, live events — someone always gets left behind. They can't see the screen, can't hear the guide, or don't speak the language. We built Immersia to fix that, one group at a time.
